A night of meditative riffs await you as Floodwater Angel on around midnight with Rabeca and Magick Flavour Station. Enter at your own risk!
Floodwater Angel: Technicolor live shows, drenched in smoke, only serve to illustrate songs from the band's first LP, 2021's Glitter Cannons: a stark album of "finger-pointing" songs infused with 1960s-'70s glam. The band's second album, 2023's Dungeon Crawlers, leans into modern psych rock territory: pounding kraut rock, deep meditative guitar licks, and soothing folk intercut with the band's own flavour of rock and roll. Here is what we do know: Floodwater Angel is the story of heartbreak, tech-nightmares, and a climate meltdown happening right before your eyes. The ship we're on is sinking; When you look up, what do you see?
