Mike Gunther’s primitive and patently American music melds fiery lyricism and unusual instrumentation with traditional elements of country, blues, gospel and soul.With his band the Crap Shoot, Gunther leads the parade with Gabe Roy's washboard, Ted Welter's tin sandwiches and Aaron Larson's snare and shout, supplying chaos and melody they march the narrow path amid the shadows and flames of his storytelling.

Mumblin’ Drew snakes between the traditional and the contemporary sounds of folk music. With north country blues and a midwest moan, Drew has spent years playing on street corners, in dingy basements, and between tree and shore across the country.
