ANTIFAUX is a Oldschool, Hip-Hop-culture-influenced super-group who represents a movement that advocates direct confrontation in response to the rising threat of global fascism. The two skilled veteran microphone rockers and educators, Carnage The Executioner (A.K.A. TERRELL X) of Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN and Johnny Pain (formally Articulate l) of Omaha, NE, believe in assaulting the scourge of fascism and its cousin - white Supremacy - without compromise, before their reach grows into something powerful enough that worldwide war is required to lay it to rest again. Along with group DJ/engineer/producer Madix, the audio AntiFaux presents will always sound as polished as it is fierce.

AntiFaux’s debut album, “AntiFaux 1.0”, was released immediately following the January 6, 2021 Insurrection, that occurred because of Donald Trump’s failed attempt to secure a second term as President of The United States of America. The 1.0 project illuminated harsh realities about the current state of politics and society, while serving as a voice for the voiceless. This is Underground Hip-Hop at it’s finest, as it boasts a combination of complex wordplay, sample-based production, live instrumentation and blistering social commentary - which has been a crucial facet of the genre from its very inception.

There are seeming no signs of diminishing violence targeting Freedom Fighters. With more projects in the works and loud voices at their disposal, AntiFaux issues a threat of zero tolerance and merciless battery for those engaging in practices that seek to oppress civilians, while promoting nationalism through the use of authoritarian force.

CHRISTY COSTELLO is a mover and a shaker. A songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, disc jockey, talent buyer, promoter, mother and yogi, Costello has cemented herself as a major player in the Minneapolis music scene. Hailing from the Iron Range of Northern Minnesota, she is no stranger to the great outdoors. Her music blends the ferocity and rawness of nature’s elements with the adrenaline rush of an all-night downtown disco. Her first-rate songwriting has been showcased in previous bands like Butchers Union, Pink Mink, Ouija Radio) as well as her raw and unforgettable stage performance in Monica LaPlante, The Von Bondies and Extraterrestrials. This is Christy’s time to undeniably shine; no cutting corners, no settling for less.

Christy’s current line up includes Monica LaPlante (bass) Orion Treon (guitar/synth) Austin Cecil (drums) and Matt Pahl (sax/auxiliary instrumentation)

WHIT is a solo song writer, multi faceted artist from the Minneapolis area and has performed with several groups over the years. Whit’s sound mixes elements of traditional east coast, Boom-Bap Hip-Hop like Nas and Raekwon with the sophisticated twists on lyricism like I-Self Devine and MF Doom. His new material was reviewed by the well respected; Twin Cities’ Hip-Hop icon Truth Maze; who declared - “Hip-Hop Medicine! Whit‘s bars are so elequent, full of depth and pure lyrical honesty.... Take a deep listen & enjoy.. Twin Cities’ finest of REAL Hip Hop!!!”

Whit’s songwriting has also garnered praise from legendary New York Hip-Hop staple, Punchline. After hearing the track titled “Mic Chec,” Punch described the song as a “banger” and proclaimed to his fans to study the track. Fast forward to 2023, several performances in the T.C. area post pandemic, and Whit is fresh off his EP release of “Midnight’s Keeper!” Whit’s new material is full of thoughtfully written music that moves & excites. CARNAGE THE EXECUTIONER A.K.A. TERRELL X started his musical journey in 1984 - at age 10. Since then, he has spent the last 30 years professionally making music, motivational speaking, performing as a one-man band, traveling the world, and educating all ages of people from various socio-economic backgrounds. His most noteworthy period of his touring history includes:

Carnage is a self-contained instrument and master collaborator. The Minneapolis Star Tribune made the claim that “Carnage's mouth might be the best drummer in town,” referring to his human beat boxing techniques. Carnage is a shameless survivor of poverty, physical, emotional and sexual abuse, who makes no excuses for his upbringing. Instead, he draws inspiration from it to practice self-reflection. Carnage began living a plant-based lifestyle in 2017. His commitment to eating a vegan diet has allowed him to see the importance of showing empathy towards animals. In 2019, Carnage started a grassroots movement called Plant Based Poets. His mission is to unite lovers of music, as well as people who encourage freedom for each and every living being who depends on the health of Earth’s roots for survival.

On his 2019 album, “Ravenous,” Carnage is extremely honest about often embracing negativity, over-eating and attracting whatever attention he could ingest. After losing 150+ pounds and gaining a clearer mindset, Carnage believes it’s his calling to become an everlasting example of how we can all continuously strive to be better versions of ourselves.
