Get ready for an unforgettable day of live music at the second annual City Country Fest!
Held at the iconic Palmer's bar, this one-day event is set to feature an impressive lineup of 11 bands, showcasing the best Country and Americana acts that the Twin Cities has to offer. From 2pm to 10pm, the outdoor stage comes alive with performances from eight incredible bands. As the night rolls in, the party will continue indoors, as three more amazing bands close out the night from 10pm to 1am. City Country Fest is the perfect way to spend a day soaking up the best in live music!
Doors 1pm. Showtime 2-10 (patio), 10-1am (inside) $15 advance tickets, $20 day of and $10 after 10.

2pm Maygen and The Birdwatcher~ Maygen & The Birdwatcher are an award-winning, mood-boosting Americana band that adventurously blurs the sounds of country, bluegrass, folk, and blues.
3pm Emmy Woods~ With hints of country, folk, and blues, Emmy’s songs showcase her knack for storytelling, her strengths in musical artistry, and an impressive vocal range and ability. When asked to summarize her music in three words, Dr. Kyle Smith replied, “Queer Farm Vibes.”
4pm Phantom Fields~ Melding Americana rock with deep alt-country groove and twang, Phantom Fields diverse and tight sound will definitely get your foot-tapping (and/or boot-stomping)
5pm James Eugene Russel~ For most of his twenties, Minnesota musician James Eugene Russell spent his days zigzagging the country in various vans playing in hard working punk bands like Cadillac Blindside, The Book of Dead Names, and The Cardinal Sin. He then began exploring new sounds with his country rock outfit, Prairie Sons. After Prairie Sons James stripped down to solo. Drawing from the venerable classic country experience into a sound that he describes as “country midwestern”.
6pm Redwing Blackbird~ Straight-to-the-Toppers, Hot-Shooters, Best of the Best of the 99th percentile of Regional Country Music. There’s simply none better!
7pm Jeffrey Robert Larson~ has been playing country music all over the Twin Cities since late 2010. He's not trying to reinvent the wheel, just keep it rolling along. His 2024 release "Country and Western Songs For The Americas" mixes comedy and tragedy into his own compelling brand of country and western music.
8pm Molly Brandt~ Named Americana Artist of the Year at the Midwest Country Music Awards 2023, singer-songwriter Molly Brandt paints vivid, unvarnished pictures of struggle, heartache, grit, and perseverance. With powerhouse vocals and storytelling lyrics, her debut album Surrender to the Night showcases a tapestry of Americana styles from throwback country to alt rock.
9pm Clare Doyle~ known for her modern blend of soulful country and rootsy rock, alongside the bold lyricism that Music in Minnesota calls “a fresh perspective in emotional storytelling.” Her songs songs that run the gamut from clever and rollicking, to gritty and gut-wrenching. She draws on a range of influences to write candidly about loving, losing, hurting, and making a hot mess of things.
10:00 (inside) Hilltop Pines~ consider themselves emo/alt country and is headed and fronted by stalwart punk vet Tyler Haag
11pm Cole Diamond~ Mixing up an unlikely concoction of vintage rock & roll and outlaw country, Cole Diamond is, depending on when you ask, either the stage name for singer/songwriter Ryan Otte or the collective handle for Otte and his Band. Drawing on influences that range from Waylon and Willie to Brooks & Dunn, Cole Diamond delivers a modern take on a classic sound.
12am The 241’s~ Old punk rock-and-rollers playing country. They used be outlaws, but now they got in-laws. Smooth and mellow honky-tonk wanna-be’s.
