9pm Colonel Mustard's Mechanical Orchestra~ is a brass band playing the music of Paul Fonfara. Think Duke Ellington in an episode of Twin Peaks, the Johnny Quest theme played by Tom Waits, with some Ennio Morricone and Goran Bregovic thrown in. We play tangos, mariachi, klezmer, Balkans brass, and vintage big band jazz sounds. Some tunes are thinkers and some are shakers.

10 The Better Mistakes~ are a tuba, guitar, drums trio pulling heavily from the Twin Cities brass band and avant jazz scenes. The tunes range from early jazz to Ornette, from Brazilian choro to Balkan burners, and so much more. Better Mistakes features Tony Randazzo on tuba, Mike Wolter on guitar, and Ryan Bilig on the drums.

11pm Bridge Band~ From Jackson 5 to Earth, Wind and Fire; from Celo Green to Abdullah Ibrahim. Bridge Band, founded outdoors on the Stone Arch Bridge overlooking the Mighty Mississippi in Fall 2023, is the high-energy, fun, fully acoustic party you need. Featured on the cover of Taste in the August 2024 Star Tribune, come have a party with us as we celebrate the jazz, funk, folk, and pop hits you know, plus the World Brass Band music you definitely haven't heard but will fall in love with.
