🎄Redwing Blackbird's First-Ever Second Annual Christmas Pageant🎅🏼

featuring Michael Gay, Lucy Michelle, Jeffrey Robert Larson, Marvel Anne, Whiskey Rock and Roll Club and Redwing Blackbird!

Ho ho ho! It's that season again. The most carefree joyous time of year. The Christmas spirit (that's schnapps, right?) is in the air. Sleigh bells are jingling. Your vacation to Mexico is booked, and no one is even considering burglarizing your garage while you're gone.

For those of you too poor to travel, come on down to your favorite watering hole to watch REDWING BLACKBIRD, America's Greatest Regional Country Band, perform their very own, totally original dramatic, dramaturgical spectacle. This show is definitely not a half-hearted rip off of Dickens' classic christmas carol, A Christmas Carol (great title, Chuck).

After all these years, Redwing Blackbird's show is an instant classic. Don't deny yourself this great pleasure.

Redwing Blackbird~ Redwing Blackbird~ is America's Greatest Regional Country Band, and they're ready to make your regional country dreams come true! Hot on the tails of a feature film, a red hot Christmas single (Holly Jolly Honky Tonk) and their debut cassette (All-Time Original Greatest Hits), Redwing Blackbird shows no sign of slowing down or looking where they're going. They're still cranking out the hits, and definitely making all of their payments on time.

Lucy Michelle~ is a singer, songwriter, musician and artist from St.Paul MN. She has been a performing and touring musician since 2007 solo and with her bands Lucy Michelle and the Velvet Lapelles and Little Fevers.

Michael Gay~ is a country and folk singer-songwriter based in Minneapolis. Over the last 10 years he has established himself through honest and accessible, story-centric songwriting and a whole lot of fingerpicking. A magnetic presence on stage, Michael has occasionally been asked to open shows for national touring acts such as Margo Price, The Mavericks, Andrew Combs, Emily Scott Robinson, Kacy & Clayton and The Cactus Blossoms. Mostly though, he plays in midwest bars.

Jeffrey Robert Larson~ is a Honky Punk from Minneapolis by way of Wright County, MN. Jeff has been writing and performing country music in Minneapolis for close to 15, and been a part of the DIY music scene for 20 years. Described by Adventures in Americana as "Devastatingly sad songs in the best country tradition", Jeff's song writing uses humor to intensify the sadness he sings about. After taking a short hiatus for performing, Jeff is currently working on his 2nd album and returning to the Minneapolis stages he calls home.

Whiskey Rock and Roll Club~ Loud sounds from the MPLS rock ‘n’ roll underground! Although only a three piece, fuzzed-out rock outfit Whiskey Rock ‘n’ Roll Club MPLS makes a bigger and badder sound—boogie with a bit of bite!—than groups one-and-a-half their size. The same over-performance also holds for Whiskey’s live show bar tabs, making the “Club meeting” live shows a favorite for fans of loud and fast music and bartenders alike. Whiskey Rock ‘n’ Roll Club MPLS is Taylor Carik (vox, guitar), Mark Devaraj (drums, also of Tromp le Monde, High on Stress, Heavy Sixers), and Andy Holmaas (bass, also plays with David Allen and others).Whiskey RRC MPLS have opened for national acts at The Turf Club and 7th St Entry, played the Roots, Rock & Deep Blues Festival, the Stone Arch Festival, SoundUnseen Opening Party, 612 Brewing Outdoor Summer Music Series, Hennepin 5 to 10 Series, and more.
