8 Trash Catties~ Trash Catties is a two-piece band featuring Manny Catties on electric violin and vocals, Jennifer Catties on electric bass, and a laptop providing backing beats. Playing songs about their life together, Manny’s pop melodies on the violin go through several effects pedals as they intertwine with Jennifer’s minimalist basslines over a pre-programmed drum track. Trash Catties plays a genre-defying style of music that is self-labeled as Garbage Pop, or what happens when a classically-trained violinist teams up with a self-taught bassist to make art together.
9 Spit Takes~ Spit Takes is a punk band out of Minneapolis formed in 2023. Lead singer Vans Ann delivers wry, unrepentant observations on misogyny, sexuality, and theology from a very personal perspective.- while the band serves up driving riffs and explosive drumming.
10 The Customers~ are a Minneapolis 4 piece “punkish” rock combo. Ryan Sexton leads the band through a set of heart-on-the sleeve compositions, accented by the blistering guitar work of Terrance J. Fisher and the rhythm section of Jon Sawyer (bass guitar) and Kirk Hall (drums).
11 Unattractive Giant Monster~ and grew from a large dose of trash 80s/90s flicks, punk rock, and hotdogs to create a high energy irreverent post-punk rock group.
