8pm Caitlin Angelica~ know for fronting a couple punk and hardcore bands. She breaks it down into an elegant singer-songwriter format when performing solo.
Kat & The Kodachromes~ Until now, Kat Kirschmann’s releases have been singer-songwriter solo endeavors. Kat and The Kodachromes back-to-basics guitar, bass, and drums line up makes up a genre-fluid outfit that never strays too far from a folk rock foundation. Jangly riffs, an occasional honky tonk twang and a pinch of surf sensibilities are sprinkled throughout, alongside influences from more contemporary and alternative rock n'roll predecessors. The band's sound remains familiar yet unpredictable, unique while relatable.
Will Olsen & The Wild Ones~ Will Olsens songs the spirits of the punk basement and timeless American music get together to try and patch things up. After co-fronting the magical and doomed Frozen Teens, he formed long-running melodic punk outfit Constant Insult, only recently stepping out as a solo singer-songwriter. With new backing band the Wild Ones, his catchily crafted tunes transform into some sort of DIY power-trash heartland rock. They're calling it capo-punk until someone comes up with a better idea.
